The new key visual and new PV for the TV anime "BLACK TORCH" based on the original work by Tsuyoshi Takakitoshi have been released. The opening theme will be SiM's "FREEZE ME UP" and the ending theme will be I Don't Like Mondays. "Groooovy".
The new key visual features the main character, Niro, and his partner, Rakuji. Ichika, Reiji, Shiba, Usami, members of the anti-material monster special mobile covert unit to which Niro belongs, commonly known as "Black Torch", as well as the monsters Bakiga and Tenki who stand in their way are all present. The new PV features the opening theme and ending theme. Powerful battle scenes are also shown.
The TV anime "BLACK TORCH" will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and other channels from July 4, 2026. The story begins when Niro Agatsuma, a high school student who is a descendant of ninja and has the ability to talk to animals, meets the legendary Mononoke Rakuji.
