Hiroki Miyashita's ``Alien Muumu'' has reached its final episode in the July issue of Young King Hours (Shonen Gahosha), released today, May 29th.
"Alien Muumu" is a cohabitation comedy that begins when a cat-shaped alien, Muumu, suddenly arrives at Sakurako's house, a female college student. The Muumuu's purpose was to learn home appliance technology on Earth in order to regain the technology that their own race had lost.
The Inspiration Behind the New Arc
It began serialization in the same magazine in June 2019, and was made into a TV anime in April 2025. The final 10 volumes of the book will be released on July 30th.
